It is the role of the Harbinger, the Prophet, to proclaim to the asleep the danger ahead, of what comes next, of the choosing to come. The Prophet's choosing then is not one of awakening, but in choosing to love others so much that they will weather the inevitable storm of scorn, derision, dismissal and persecution that comes from speaking truth. The Prophet must also accept that each soul chooses their own journey and that the only evil to be fought is in revealing that which has been intentionally obscured. The Prophet may find peace then in knowing that they bear no burden from the truthful choosing of another, that once truth is revealed, their salvation is complete.
